Thankfully, however, the consequences of such a demise can be mitigated with the creation of a Foundation. Intended to preserve humanity’s knowledge and innovations, the organization will help the galaxy rebuild in the aftermath of what’s to come.

Not only does this help establish the Empire as a character itself, but it allows for more depth with every new Cleon who sits on the throne.

He steals every scene he’s in and nearly steals the entire series as well.
