Focus Films acquired the project during the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year, with principal photography set to take place this Novmeber in Budapest and Berlin. Charlize Theron also producing alongside her Denver and Delilah Productions partners Beth Kono and A.J. Dix, Eric Gitter and Peter Schwerin of Closed on Mondays Entertainment and Kelly McCormick of Sierra/Affinity. Universal Pictures International will distribute the project in Australia/New Zealand, Benelux, China, France, Germany, Italy, Latin America, Switzerland and the U.K., with DeaPlaneta releasing the film in Spain, and Freeman Distribution/Monlith/Blitz distributing throughout Eastern Europe.
