Mission: Impossible Rogue Nationhits theaters in less than two weeks, so to get fans ready for all of the intense action on the big screen, Paramount Pictures has released a slew of new photos. Some of these images tease thedeath-defying plane stuntthatTom Cruisepulls off in this action-thriller, where he is strapped to a moving cargo plane as it takes off into the sky. After scaling the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa inMission: Impossible Ghost Protocol, the actor has truly taken his stunts to, literally, new heights.

Mission: Impossible Rogue Nationwas originally slated to hit theaters on Christmas Day, but Paramount Pictures pushed it up several months to July 31, even though production didn’t wrap until March. That only gave the filmmakers four months to complete post-production, but as you can see from the amazing plane stunt, there isn’t much CGI work involved in this action-packed sequel. We’ll have to wait and see if the fans approve of this upcoming summer movie in just a few weeks.
Paramount has already started development onMission: Impossible 6, but it isn’t known if directorChristopher McQuarriewill be back at the helm.
