The third season ofReacherrecently arrived on Prime Video, and once again trouble has found the show’s titular character. This season follows Reacher as he infiltrates the nefarious rug business of a man named Zachary Beck. Acting undercover as a man on the run, Reacher is tasked with locating a missing DEA informant while he works to uncover how his old foe Quinn is mixed up with Beck’s business.
As is the case with every season ofReacher, its cast of characters always changes. While a few characters have made various appearances here and there throughout the series, the show’s core characters each season are always different. Given Reacher prefers to travel from city to city with nothing but a toothbrush in his pocket, he always encounters a brand-new set of allies and enemies. Alan Ritchson as Jack Reacher

Portrayed byAnthony Michael Hall,Zachary Beckis the wealthy owner of a nefarious rug import business. He might appear as though he’s at the top of the food chain, but a man named Julius McCabe is actually pulling the strings. Beck is merely a puppet. He cares for his son but doesn’t seem to have much control over either of their lives.

He starred in the popular USA seriesThe Dead Zoneas Johnny Smith, and he recently played Special Agent Will Barron inPrime Video’sBosch: Legacy. Johnny Berchtold as Richard Beck
Played byJohnny Berchtold,Richardis Zachary Beck’s son who is nearly kidnapped for the second time at the beginning of Season 3. Acollege student without friendsor much confidence, Richard is kind and loves his father. However, he spends most of his time alone and under the control of his father’s boss. Berchtold played Jess in the Hulu seriesTiny Beautiful Thingsand Jay Jennings in the Starz seriesGaslit. He’s also been in various films, includingTest Screening,The Passenger,Snow Falls, andDog Gone.
Sonya Cassidy as Susan Duffy
Portrayed bySonya Cassidy,Susan Duffyis the lead DEA agent who convinced Reacher to infiltrate Beck’s operation.After botching a recent investigation, she and her team were removed from their case and are now working outside the confines of the DEA. As a result, she and her crew are essentially on their own with no real resources. Cassidy is well known for her television roles, including Liz Dudley in AMC’sLodge 49, Hester in AMC’sHumans, Clara inThe Paradise,and Celine Ashworth inVera. She was also in the feature filmsSurvivor,Breaking the Bank, andThe Fifth Estate.

Played byRoberto Montesinos,Guillermo Villanuevais a fellow DEA agent on Duffy’s team. He pretended to be the cop Reacher fatally shot in Season 3’s first episode. Montesinos is best known for his roles inFather Stu,We Bought a Zoo, andGridiron Gang, which starred The Rock.
Daniel David Stewart as Steven Elliot
Portrayed byDaniel David Stewart,Steven Elliotis a rookie DEA agent who is responsible for the mistake that cost Duffy and the others their DEA investigation. He posed as Richard’s kidnapper at the beginning of Season 3. Stewart was recently in the feature filmRed Right Handand the Apple TV+ series,For All Mankind. He also had roles in the limited seriesThe FugitiveandCatch-22.
Olivier Richters as Paulie van Hoven
Played byOlivier Richters,Paulie van Hovenis a bodyguard who works for Zachary Beck. He’s a brute who is constantly at odds with Reacher. Richters is a bodybuilder turned actor whose credits includeBlack Widow,The King’s Man,Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, andBorderlands.
Brian Tee as Francis Xavier Quinn
Portrayed byBrian Tee,Francis Xavier Quinnpreviously worked with Reacher and was a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army. Reacher investigated him for selling military secrets to hostile nations but was never able to charge him. Quinn’s dealings with Beck are what led Reacher to infiltrate Beck’s nefarious business at the beginning of Season 3. Tee recently starred in the Prime Video series,Expats. He was also inJurassic World,The Wolverine, andThe Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Driftas DK. However, his most notable role is that of Ethan Choi onNBC’s wildly popular seriesChicago Med.
Donald Sales as Chapman Duke
Played byDonald Sales,Chapman Dukeis Beck’s right-hand man whom Reacher aims to eliminate in order to climb the ranks of Beck’s operation. Sales has made small appearances in various shows, includingDeath and Other Details,The Irrational,A Million Little Things, andFire Country.
Maria Sten as Frances Neagley
Portrayed byMaria Sten,Frances Neagleyis a former U.S. Army Master Sergeant who worked alongside Reacher in the 110th MP Special Investigations Unit. She now works as a private investigator who Reacher occasionally contacts for assistance. She was first introduced in Season 1 and was heavily involved in Season 2. Other than Reacher, she’s the only character to appear consistently throughout the series.
Sten is known for her roles in other series, such as Liz Tremayne inSwamp Thing, Julian inChannel Zero, and Terry inPersuasion. Soon she’ll star inher own Prime Video series,Neagley, a spin-off ofReacher. In fact, filming for the new show has already begun.
