The Darksaber is a crucial point of history for Mandalore and all Mandalorians, and as such, the importance of this weapon weighs heavily on Sabine. Whoever holds the Darksaber, rules Mandalore. And while fans wanted to see Sabine take up that mantle, she knew she was not the one who the Darksaber belonged to. Her ultimate decision to hand over the Darksaber to Bo Katan Kryze showed her strength and wise, decisive thinking. But, it was still incredibly awesome to see Sabine wield the Mandalorian weapon. And without this episode, the Darksaber’s live action debut inThe Mandalorianmay not have happened.
