The next chapter in the crime saga has been in production for the last few months, with Paramount+ now taking to social media to make everything official and confirm thatTulsa KingSeason 3 “is in the works!”
Beginning back in 2022,Tulsa Kingintroduces audiences to New York mafia capo Dwight “The General” Manfredi, played byRockyandRambostar Sylvester Stallone. After being released from prison after 25 years and exiled by his boss to set up shop in Tulsa, Okla, Manfredi realizes that his mob family may not have his best interests in mind and decides to slowly build a “crew” from a group of unlikely characters to help him establish a new criminal empire.

‘Tulsa King’ Has Been a Huge Hit for Paramount+
Tulsa Kinghas been met with critical acclaim, with Season 1 landing scores of 79% and 87% from critics and audiences, respectively, while Season 2 holds a score of 100% from critics on Rotten Tomatoes. The series has also achieved big numbers for the streaming platform Paramount+, with the first episode of Season 2 breaking the “record for most watched global premiere at the time with reported 21.1 million global streaming viewers,” according to Deadline. So, the now officialTulsa KingSeason 3 has a lot to live up to.
While the Season 3 confirmation is sure to excite fans, it was rumored thatTulsa Kingwould get a third and fourth season renewalsimultaneously. Though that has not happened, considering the success of the series and the continuing popularity of stories crafted by Taylor Sheridan, it’s likely thatTulsa Kingwill be back for more in the near future.Returning actor Martin Starr recently teasedwhat’s to come inTulsa KingSeason 3, calling the newest series “a lot of fun” and hinting at some loose ends being tied up.

“I mean, I’ve only just read the first two scripts. We start production next week. I can’t tell you anything that I’ve read in those episodes, but I am excited. This new season is going to be a lot of fun. It looks already like there’s going to be a lot of action, and there are some loose ends that may or may not get tied up.”
